Hayes Risk Consultants, LLC was founded by Kevin A. Hayes, a former Detective Sergeant from the New York City Police Department's Counterterrorism Division.  During his 30 year law enforcement career, Kevin Hayes acquired the training and hands-on experience needed to provide solid recommendations in the security field. He has received training from: NYPD, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Energy, NYS Department of Health, New Mexico Tech/DHS and the NTSB.

Kevin Hayes formerly supervised both the "Threat Reduction and Infrastructure Protection Section" and the "Hostile Surveillance Detection Team" in the Counterterrorism Division.  He was a First Responder to the WTC attacks of 1993 and September 11th 2001; and the Rescue/Recovery Operations for Hurricane Katrina (New Orleans) and Hurricane Sandy (New York).
